1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Pharmly, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use Pharmly. Pharmacy accounts must be registered businesses holding a valid Ghana Pharmacy Council registration.
3. Account Registration
You're responsible for keeping your phone number and account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information during signup and to keep your profile up to date.
4. Reservations & Orders
Reservations hold medication at a pharmacy for a limited time (typically 48 hours) and are paid in person. Online orders are paid in advance via Paystack and may require a verified prescription before the pharmacy can fulfil them. Pharmacies may cancel a reservation or order if stock becomes unavailable.
5. Payments & Fees
Pharmacy subscription fees and platform service fees are billed as described on the Pricing page. Outstanding service fees beyond ₵500 may result in catalogue additions being paused until settled. All online payments are processed by Paystack under their own terms.
6. Pharmacy Responsibilities
Pharmacies are responsible for the accuracy of their catalogue, pricing, and stock levels, and for verifying prescriptions before dispensing prescription-only medication.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use Pharmly to list or order controlled substances outside applicable law, misrepresent your identity or pharmacy credentials, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pharmly facilitates connections between patients and pharmacies but is not itself a pharmacy. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of medication dispensed by listed pharmacies.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including pharmacies with persistent unpaid service fees or fraudulent activity.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
