No — reservations are pay-in-person. You only pay when you arrive at the pharmacy counter to collect your order.
How long will the pharmacy hold my reservation?
Up to 48 hours by default. If you need more time, contact the pharmacy directly using the phone number on your reservation.
What if the pharmacy runs out of stock after I reserve?
Stock is reserved against the live catalogue at the moment you confirm, so this is rare — but pharmacies can cancel a reservation if something goes wrong, and you'll be notified immediately.
Can I reserve prescription medication?
Yes. If an item requires a prescription, you'll be prompted to upload it before your reservation is confirmed.
